International law is a consideration to be ignored when politically inconvenient. Islam has a higher standard. Islam does not chop and change its moral framework

I have a question though: shariah doesn’t stop to apply just because islamic countries are party to international law. And as you’ve laid out clearly, international law backs any military actions member states (Islamic or otherwise) would take against a genocidal state or any rogue state transgressing international law where it gives them a right to. With the full power of the UN no less.
Islam and its laws are only as good as the Muslims who are supposed to abide by them, remembering that they are only accountable to Allah. But where are they now? What is stopping Muslims, held to a higher standard, to hold themselves to account and step in when stepping in is not only necessary just fully justified under both international law and shariah?
If we Muslims can’t even do that in these circumstances, then what’s the point of a caliphate? The ummah is so fragmented and so far gone into the deepest pits of the dunya that even in this Ramadan, a white month, the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of Pakistan declares war the ISLAMIC EMIRATE of Afghanistan?
How shameful we have become and my outlook is very bleak.
You are right just because countries have signed up to international law it doesn't mean they are not obliged from Islam to defend not only their own brothers but to remove injustice from the world.
The sad thing is the only countries that seem to care about International law are the Muslim ones. They think by abiding my western standards they become a part of the civlised world. The very people who drew up these laws care very little.
Anyone who expects international law to save him is naive.Western world are already decided not to change every move they take intentionally to destroy to kill they don't care about somebody life especially Muslim life.
Their fear is clear,if Muslims rise according their own value(islamic value) everything will change.
That's why they do what they do,to destroy Muslims never to rise.
